The iM3 Vital Signs Monitor is designed to make daily use more efficient, the iM3 Vital Sign Monitor includes an 8-inch, high-resolution, ultra-thin touch screen for optimal viewing, a lightweight and portable design, a built-in barcode scanner, built-in Wi-Fi capabilities, cable-receiving data, and USB data storage and review. The iM3 also includes a Li-ion battery for long-lasting use.
The iM3 Vital Sign Monitor successfully serves both spot and round modes that record and display real-time vitals with 16 million measurements, as well as a long-time monitoring mode with an accurate alarm system, 1200 NIBP measurements, and 120 hours of trend review.

- Round Mode
- Special work mode designed for daily ward rounding application. Worklist could be easily input through USB disk or downloaded from EMR system. Moreover, the colour-coded patient list comes with square windows interface design, you can tell patients' status and information on a quick glance.
- Monitoring Mode
- For continuous patient monitoring with real-time data, real-time alarms, and history trend.
- Spot Mode
- For spot-check applications, such as outpatient, emergency, etc. Real-time vitals are acquired and displayed, no alarm will be seen or heard.
