How to Navigate Your Account Dashboard

When you are a logged-in user, the account dashboard is a great way to enhance your shopping experience on Surgo.com. 

 

Note: Once you are on the account dashboard page, you can rearrange the modules to your liking by left-clicking on a module and dragging it to your desired location on the dashboard. 

 

The video below shows you a great step-by-step of how to navigate your account dashboard and gives you a visual as well.

 

 

 

Access Your Dashboard 

  • Log in to your account: www.surgo.com/myaccount 
  • Navigate to the right-hand side of the page, click on the Dashboard Tab. This will open the Dashboard menu. 
  • Click on Dashboard button at the top of the menu. This will take you to your Dashboard homepage. 

 

User Profile Module 

  • The User Profile module shows you your information: Name, Company, Phone, Email, Password.  
  • How to edit your profile details:  
    • Add a profile picture 
      • Select Upload Profile Image. 
      • Select the file you would like to use as your profile picture. 
      • Click Open. 
    • Sign up for the newsletter. 
      • Click on the Newsletter toggle to enable sign up. 
    • Send yourself a password reset link. 
      • Click on Send Email Password Reset Link. 

 

Saved Carts Module 

  • The Saved Carts module allows you to shop on Surgo.com, add items to your cart, and save that cart for checkout at a later time. 
  • How to save a cart: 
    • Locate and add products to your cart. 
    • Click on the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the site’s navigation. 
    • Once you are in your cart, click the Save Cart button. 
    • Enter the name of the cart in the Cart name field. 
    • Then, click Save & Close. 
  • How to check out with a saved cart: 
    • Within the Saved Carts module on your dashboard, locate the cart you’d like to checkout with. 
    • Click the See More button  
    • Click on View. 
    • Click the Load Cart button. 
    • The system will automatically load to your cart. 
    • Click the Proceed to checkout button. 

 

Recent Orders Module 

  • The Recent Orders module displays all of the recent orders you’ve placed. 
  • How to View Order Details 
    • Locate the order within the Recent Orders module. 
    • Click on the View button next to the order. 
    • How to Search and View Past Orders 
    • Within the Recent Orders Module, click on the Manage Orders link. 
    • From here, you can locate an order by typing in the order number in the Search for Order field. 
    • Once you’ve located the order, click on the Order Ref No. 
  • How to Reorder: 
    • Within the Recent Orders Module, click on the Manage Orders link. 
    • From here, you can locate an order by typing in the order number in the Search for Order field. 
    • Once you’ve located the order, click on the Order Ref No. 
    • In the upper left-hand corner, click on the Reorder button. 
    • The products within that order will automatically load into your cart. 
    • Click the Proceed to Checkout button. 

 

Billing & Shipping Addresses Module 

  • The Billing & Shipping Addresses displays your Primary Shipping and Primary Billing addresses. 
  • How to Change Primary Shipping or Billing Addresses 
    • Navigate to the right-hand side of the page, click on the Dashboard Tab. This will open the Dashboard menu. 
    • Click on Addresses. 
    • Locate the address you wish to make a primary address: 
      • Click on the delivery truck icon to set that address as your Primary Shipping Address. 
      • Click on the dollar icon to set that address as your Primary Billing Address.
