How to Reorder Past Orders
- Log in to your account: www.surgo.com/myaccount
- Navigate to the right-hand side of the page, click on the Dashboard Tab. This will open the Dashboard menu.
- Click on Orders.
- This will take you to the page where all your past orders live.
- You can reorder by following these steps:
- Click on the settings icon beside an order you would like to reorder.
- Select Reorder.
- The system will ask if you would like to reorder the items again.
- Click OK.
- This will load the items into your cart automatically.
- Click the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Click on the reference number of an order to view the items you have ordered before.
- Select Reorder in the upper left corner.
- The system will ask if you would like to reorder the items again.
- Click OK.
- This will load the items into your cart automatically.
- Click the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Click on the settings icon beside an order you would like to reorder.
How to Reorder Frequently Purchased Items
- Navigate to the right-hand side of the page, click on the Dashboard Tab. This will open the Dashboard menu.
- Click on Frequently Purchased.
- This will take to you to the page where your most frequently purchased items live.
- To display contract items only, click the Display Contract Items Only toggle on the left side menu.
- To display in stock items only, click the Items in Stock Only toggle on the left side menu.
- To filter by brand, click on the name of the brand on the left side menu.
- To filter by category, click on the name of the category on the left side menu.
- Once you have located the item(s) you would like to reorder.
- Type in the quantity.
- Select Add to Cart.
- Proceed to checkout to complete the order.
