The 3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Non-Adhesive Dressing is a highly effective solution for managing wounds with moderate to heavy exudate. Featuring advanced Exu-Safe™ Technology, this dressing absorbs and locks away fluids, including harmful bacteria and MMPs, protecting the wound bed and surrounding skin from maceration. Its unique wicking layer distributes fluid evenly throughout the dressing, maximizing absorption and preventing bulking.

Designed for comfort, the soft, nonwoven material on both sides ensures the dressing can be applied easily, while its conformability allows it to be folded for different wound shapes. It is suitable for use under compression and can remain in place for up to 7 days, making it ideal for managing pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, and diabetic foot ulcers.
